.: Robert G. Cash- Update :.

I just wanted to take a minute to update everyone about Robert getting to be a big boy!


* He started to use the big boy potty! We can usually get him to use it about 2-3 times a day. We haven't perfected it yet, but I am just in shock that he was interested so young! He isn't even two yet!

*No more pacifier! Okay.. Well he does have it when he takes a nap or goes to bed at night. But every time you get him out of his bed he knows that it stays in there!

*He stays with his grandma Isabelle on Mondays and he absolutely loves it! She attempted to get him to call her GRAM GRAM... well he decided that she will be, " Dam Dam." hehe He will get so excited when he gets to go visit her, he runs around the house yelling, " DAM DAM." He is so cute!

* He now calls grandpa Yeagle, " BUG." haha. He loves to go to "Bug's" Office and draw. Lately they have been drawing bugs and spiders. Which is the reason he has decided that that is grandpa bug!

*He likes to run! Every time he runs he yells, " Run Run Run."

* He LOVES brushing his teeth!

* He likes to "shave" with his daddy! When John shaves his face Robert likes to put shaving cream on also! (pictures to come)

* He tries to say his ABC's and Count! We bought him some Leap Frog Magnets for the fridge and likes to sit there and try to recite the ABC's with it. He says, " AAAA, BBBB." and for H, I, J he says," I, I, I." And he can count to 3!

* He can name colors to you and correctly point to a color that you say!

* He can also point to shapes when you name them!

* He loves to sleep with a blanket of mommies. I have a blanket that my grandma Pitt made for me years ago, this is the blanket that he has to sleep with every night!

* Every night when John and I put him to bed we say a little family prayer, usually just the Our father or Hail Mary. Robert now knows that when its time for bed its time to pray. He folds his hands like mommy taught him to and he even can do the sign of the cross at the end with a little help from mommy.

**** Robert has grown so much, I cannot believe that he will be 2 years old in Jan! He is quite the artist. He loves to paint, color, and draw. Him and grandpa Yeagle have many drawing sessions during the day. Robert loves to do puzzles and read books. He has outgrown all of his puzzles at home, he could probably do them with his eyes closed! Time for harder puzzles!
He still loves, " BAH BAH's." (( Snowmobiles and four wheelers)) He gets so excited to watch movies about them or to go riding!

I don't know what I would do without my little man. He gives me a purpose in life that could never be matched. I don't know what I would do without his sweet kisses and bear hugs! His smile can brighten a room on the gloomiest of days! He is getting to be SOOO smart and learns so quick it really amazes me. He is growing to be my big boy, but will always be mommies baby!
